These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://starphotolab.inand the design, printing, binding, and delivery services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Star Photo Lab, a sole proprietorship (Nuzhat Perween), operating from Kotwali Chowk, Ramsar Chowk, Bhagalpur, Bihar 812001, India (“Star Photo Lab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Star Photo Lab provides wedding-album and photo-product design, printing, binding, and delivery services for photographers and their clients. We may revise the scope, pricing, and availability of any Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment is received and we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the order details, uploaded files, or payment cannot be verified. Where we cancel a paid order before production begins, the amount paid is refunded in full per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of, or exclusive of, applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout. The price break-up — including line items and the GST split — is shown before payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

4. Customer Content & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you hold all necessary rights and consents to the photographs and content you upload for printing.
• The accuracy of order details — album size, page count, finishes, quantities, and the shipping address.
• Reviewing and approving any design proof we share before production begins. Once approved, production proceeds based on the approved files.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or that violates the rights of any third party. We may refuse to print any content at our discretion.

5. Production, Colour & Print Variation

Printed products are physical goods. Minor variations in colour, tone, and finish between an on-screen preview and the final printed product are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs and content you upload. TheStar Photo Lab brand, website, designs, templates, and software are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar.
