Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes how Star Photo Lab, a sole proprietorship(“Star Photo Lab”) produces and delivers physical orders across India.
1. Production Time
Our products are custom-made. Production (design finalisation, printing, and binding) typically takes 5–10 business days after your order and design proof are confirmed. Complex or large orders may take longer; we will keep you informed of the timeline.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once production is complete, orders are dispatched through reputed courier partners. Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on the destination within India. Total time from order confirmation to delivery is therefore usually 8–17 business days.
3. Shipping Coverage & Charges
- We currently ship across India (pan-India delivery).
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier and tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.
5. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a reprint or refund.
