Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Star Photo Lab website and order our album design and printing services. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Star Photo Lab ("we", "us", "our") designs and prints photo albums for photographers and studios across India. You can reach us at info.starphotolab@gmail.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you choose the album size, paper, cover, and add-ons, and you share your photos with us. You are responsible for sending the correct photos and details. Please check your order before you pay. An order is confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you send, or that you have the right to print them. We use your photos only to design and print your album. We do not sell your photos or use them for anything else without your permission.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the order page before you pay. Online payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. Taxes are added where they apply.

5. Proof and approval

For many orders we share a design proof for your approval before printing. Once you approve the proof, printing begins and the order cannot be changed.

6. Delivery

We ship across India after the album is printed. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to courier or location. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Because albums are printed to order, cancellation and refund rules are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation page.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to print your album well. If the product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will reprint or repair it (see the refund page). We are not responsible for delays or losses outside our control, such as courier delays or wrong details sent by you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [Add your city], India.
