Refund & Cancellation Policy

Albums are printed specially for you, to your order. So our refund and cancellation rules are different from normal shop products. Please read this carefully.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel and get a full refund any time before printing starts (before you approve the design proof).
- Once you approve the proof and printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled, because the album is made only for you.
Refunds
- Because albums are printed to order, we do not give refunds after printing has started, except in the cases below.
- If your album arrives damaged or has a clear printing defect, we will reprint it free or repair it.
- If you paid but the order was not started, we will refund the full amount.
To report a damaged or defective album, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. This helps us check and fix it quickly.
How to ask for a refund or report a problem

When you get your money back
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
