This page explains what information Star Photo Lab collects, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
What We Collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your order details and the photos you send for your album.
- Your delivery address.
- Basic payment information needed to confirm a payment (handled by Razorpay — we do not store your full card or bank details).
Why We Use It
- To design, print, and deliver your album.
- To contact you about your order and payment.
- To give you support and improve our service.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is needed to complete your order:
- Designers who work on your album.
- Printing and courier partners who print and deliver it.
- Razorpay, our payment partner, to process payments securely.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment is handled on their secure systems. Please also read Razorpay's own privacy policy on their website.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your order information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete data we are not required to keep.

Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to run the website. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
Our Mobile App
Star Photo Lab (Bhagalpur, Bihar, India) also makes a mobile app called Star Photo Lab Designer (Android package: in.starphotolab.designer). It is a work app for the album designers who work with our lab. This section explains what the app collects.
What The App Collects
- Your name, phone number, and email — so we know who you are and can pay you.
- Your email and password when you log in. We store the password in a protected (hashed) form.
- Your bank or UPI details, if you add them — only to send your payments.
- Your profile photo, if you choose to add one from your gallery.
- A push notification token and your phone model — so job alerts can reach your phone. This uses Google's push message service (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Your work activity in the app — bids you place, jobs you take, deliveries, and payout requests — to run the service.
The app does not show ads, does not use your camera, does not record audio, and does not read your location or contacts. All data travels over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only with service partners needed to run the app, like Google's push message service.
Deleting Your App Account And Data
Want your designer account or its data removed? Email us at info.starphotolab@gmail.com from your registered email. We will close the account and delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting rules. Your push token is removed when the account closes.
